We have taken the liberty of drawing on you this day, at sixty days from sight, for the L.E ..., which you owe us, and do not doubt that you will be kind enough to accept our draft 2 ـ ننهي إليكم أننا سحبنا عليكم اليوم كمبيالة بمبلغ. . . جنيهاً لأمر. . . تستحق الدفع بعد مضى شهرين، رجاء التكرم بقبولها عند تقديمها خصماً من حسابنا طرفكم. We inform you that we have to-day drawn on you for L.E ... order... at 2 months, which please honor on presentation to the debit of our account 3 ـ نفيدكم أننا سحبنا اليوم عليكم كمبيالة بمبلغ. . . جنيهاً لأمر. . . تستحق بعد مضى ثلاثة شهور من تاريخها وقد قيد هذا المبلغ لحسابكم. نرجو الإحاطة بذلك وقبول هذه الكمبيالة عند تقديمها. We beg to advise you that we have drawn on you this day for L.E. ... order ... at 3 months date, which amount has been credited to you. Please note, and accord our draft due protection when presented 4 ـ طي هذا كمبيالة مسحوبة عليكم تستحق الدفع بعد ثلاثة شهور من تاريخها بمبلغ. . . رجاء التكرم بإعادتها إلينا بعد قبولها. This has now been presented and duly accepts (جـ) ملاحظات على سحب كمبيالات Remarks on advice of bills 10 ـ لقد أدهشنا كل الدهشة أنكم سحبتم علينا كمبيالة بقيمة بضائع سلمت إليكم في. . . ومن الطبيعي أننا امتنعنا عن قبولها عند تقديمها اليوم. We think it a most unwarrantable proceeding to draw upon us without advising us 13 ـ لا نستطيع أن ندرك سبباً للكمبيالة التي سحبتموها علينا، ولذا نعتقد أن ذلك كان نتيجة سهو من جانبكم. We are certainly at a loss to understand your action in drawing this bill on us, and can only conclude that it is an error 14 ـ كمبيالتكم المسحوبة في. . . بمبلغ. . . قد قبلت ولو أننا لم نتسلم منكم أي أشعار عن هذا السحب. ورجاؤنا أن تخطرونا مقدماً في المستقبل بما قد تسحبونه علينا من كمبيالات وإلا فلن نقبلها. Your method of dealing with business obligations is certainly extraordinary. You did not even advise us that you were allowing the bill to be returned to us 27 ـ نفيدكم أنه في حالة عدم موافاتنا صباح غد بالمبلغ نقداً (وليس شيكاً) فسنتخذ ضدكم دون إبطاء الإجراءات اللازمة للتحصيل. We extremely regret this occurrence and can assure you that it is quite unprecedented, and is due to a confusion in the accounts of the Bank 30 ـ نرجو أن تقيدوا على حسابنا كافة المصروفات وأن تتقبلوا خالص اعتذارنا عما سببناه لكم من مضايقة.
