طلب بضاعة ـ ارسال وتسلم البضاعة ـ شكوى

(أ) علم بوصول البضائع

Acknowledging receipt of goods

1 ـ يسرنا أن نخبركم بوصول البضاعة التي ارسلتموها لنا أخيراً والتي وجدناها في حالة جيدة.

We have the pleasure to report the arrival of the goods which you recently sent us, and which we have found in perfect condition

2 ـ وصلتنا اليوم البضائع المبينة بفاتوركم المؤرخة. . .

We received to-day the goods as per your invoice of..

3 ـ وأخيراً وصلت اليوم رسالة البضاعة التي أخطرتمونا عنها بخطابكم المؤرخ. .

The consignment announced in your letter of the... has at last arrived to-day

(ب) استلام بضائع مصحوب بشكوى

Acknowledging receipt of goods, and complaining

4 ـ وصلتنا البضاعة المرسلة في. . . بحالة رديئة بحيث اضطررنا إلى رفض تسلمها نهائياً.

Your consignment of... arrived in such a bad condition that we definitely refused it

5 ـ يؤسفنا كل الأسف أن نضطر إلى إبلاغكم أن رسالتكم الأخيرة وصلت تالفة.

We greatly regret to have to inform you that your last consignment arrived damaged

6 ـ اضطررنا إلى رفض تسلم البضاعة التي أرسلتموها أخيراً لأنها من نوع رديء بحيث يتعذر الإفادة منها.

The quality of your last consignment is so inferior that we cannot do otherwise than refuse to accept the goods, as it will not be possible to use them

7 ـ فحصنا اليوم البضاعة المسلمة منكم في. . . ويؤسفنا أن نلاحظ عدم مطابقتها للعينة.

We have to-day examined the goods consigned to us by you ..., and regret to find that the goods are not according to sample

8 ـ نحن غير راضيين إطلاقاً عن سوء الحالة التي وجدت عليها البضاعة موضوع رسالتكم الأخيرة.

We are very dissatisfied with the bad condition in which the goods of your last consignment reached us

9 ـ لسوء الحظ وجدنا البضاعة غير مطابقة للعينات.

Unfortunately, we find that the goods do not correspond with the samples

10 ـ كانت الأصناف معظمها تالفة وغير صالحة.
The greater part of the articles are damaged, and are useless

11 ـ أن صنف البضاعة لا يتناسب والسعر المطلوب.

The quality of the goods is very inferior, in proportion to the price quoted

12 ـ نحن مضطرون إلى رفض الرسالة لوصولها إلينا بعد كل هذا التأخير.

We must reject the consignment, through having arrived with so great a delay

13 ـ كنا قد طلبنا بضائع مماثلة للرسالة السابق تسلمها. ولكنكم أرسلتم إلينا أصنافاً مختلفة كل الاختلاف.

We ordered goods like those received previously, and you have sent us entirely different kinds

14 ـ يؤسفنا أن نضطر إلى وضع البضاعة تحت تصرفكم

We greatly regret to have to place the consignment at your disposal

15 ـ إن البضاعة غير صالحة لنا إطلاقاً.

The goods are quite useless to us

16 ـ لن نستطيع استعمال البضاعة في هذه الظروف.

In these circumstances, we cannot make use of the goods

17 ـ يدهشنا أن نلاحظ أنكم جاوزتم الكميات المطلوبة وأضفتم إليها أصنافاً لم نطلبها

We see with surprise that you have exceeded the quantities in our order, and added articles, which we have not ordered

18 ـ وصلتنا البضاعة المرسلة منكم تنفيذاً لطلبنا المؤرخ. . . في حالة يرثى لها بحيث أصبح من المتعذر علينا استعمالها على أي وجه كان.

The goods sent by you in execution of our order of... have arrived in deplorable condition, so much so that we shall be unable to make any use of the same

19 ـ نرجو إفادتنا بعودة البريد عما تودون عمله في شأن هذه البضاعة.

We beg you to tell us by return what you wish to do with the goods

20 ـ لقد استأنا جداً ونحن نفتح علب الأغذية المحفوظة التي أرسلتموها لنا، فقد وجدنا جميع العلب تقريباً منتفخة مما يدل على فساد محتوياتها.

We were greatly annoyed, on opening the boxes of conserves which you forwarded to us to notice that nearly all the tins arrived swollen, a sure indication of the bad condition of the *******s

21 ـ نرجو أن توافونا بتعليماتكم للتصرف في البضاعة الموردة.

(جـ) عدم تسلم بضائع ـ تأخير

Non-receipt of goods. Delays

36 ـ أرسلنا إليكم في. . . الطلب المبينة تفصيلاته فيما يلي، ولم نتسلم حتى الآن أي إخطار منكم بالشحن ـ ونأمل أن تتكرموا بموافاتنا بالبضائع دون تأخير آخر مع إبلاغنا بتاريخ شحنها.

On the ...we gave you an order as per details below, but up to now we have not received from you any advice of its dispatch. We beg you will kindly forward them to us without further delay and advice us of the date of their dispatch

37 ـ لم تصلنا بعد البضاعة المبينة بفاتورتكم المؤرخة. . .

. We have not yet received the goods mentioned in your invoices of

38 ـ يؤسفنا جداً عدم تسلم ما تبقى من طلبنا الأخير.

We are extremely disappointed not to have received the remainder of our last order

39 ـ إننا في حاجة ماسة إلى البضائع التي طلبناها بواسطة مندوبكم المتجول.

We are greatly in need of the goods, which we ordered through your traveler

40 ـ لا يمكننا أن تنتظر أكثر من ذلك وصول البضائع التي أرسلنا عنها طلباً عاجلاً في الشهر الماضي. أن تأخركم أثار لدينا دهشة كبيرة وليكن في علمكم أننا لا نستطيع قبول هذه البضاعة بعد مضي مثل هذه المدة الطويلة.

We cannot wait any longer for delivery of the goods for which we gave you an urgent order last month. Your delay has greatly surprised us, and you may take not that we cannot accept them after so much delay

41 ـ إن تأخركم في تنفيذ طلبنا المؤرخ. . . قد ضايقنا مضايقة شديدة إذ تعرضنا لخسائر نتيجة لاحتياجنا لبعض الأصناف المطلوبة.

We are seriously annoyed at the great delay on your part in the execution of our order of..., as we have already been put to some loss, for want to part of the items

42 ـ وصلتنا اليوم الرسالة موضوع فاتورتكم المؤرخة. . . ولكنه يؤسفنا أن نلاحظ أنه قد سها عليكم ارسال بعض الأصناف.

The dispatch, as per your invoice of ..., has reached us to-day, but we regret to see that you have omitted to send some of the items

43 ـ لقد كان الصندوق مملوءاً تماماً مما يدل على أن الموظف المكلف بالحزم قد نسي أن يعد صندوقاً آخر لإرسال الأصناف الناقصة.

As the box came full, your packer must have forgotten to get ready another box for the articles which are missing

44 ـ نرجو أن توافونا فوراً بالأصناف المشار إليها.

Please send us these articles at once

45 ـ تسلمنا فاتورتكم ولكن البضاعة لم تصلنا بعد.

We have received your invoice, but the goods have not arrived yet

46 ـ طلبنا إليكم في الأسبوع الماضي إرسال البضائع المبينة بعد وحتى تحرير هذا إليكم لم نتسلم الفاتورة أو أي شيء. نرجوكم القيام بتحقيق عاجل وسنقوم بمثل هذا من جانبنا.

Last week we asked you to send the goods mentioned below, but at the time of writing, we have received neither the invoice nor anything else. Kindly make enquiries at once, and we will do the same here

47 ـ نظراً لحاجتنا الماسة للأصناف المطلوبة نؤيد لكم طلبنا رجاء إرسالها بالقطار السريع.

As we are greatly in need of the articles ordered, we confirm the order, sending the goods by fast train

48 ـ نرجو إفادتنا عن سبب التأخير.

Please tell us, what is the cause of this delay

49 ـ لا نستطيع أن نفهم سبب امتناعكم عن الرد.

We cannot understand the reason of your silence

50 ـ إذا كنتم قد قمتم بشحن الرسالة نرجو إفادتنا بذلك برقياً بمجرد تسلم هذا الخطاب.

If you have already sent off the consignment, please telegraph to us to that effect when you receive our letter

51 ـ نرجو إبلاغنا بوصف البضاعة المرسلة لنقوم بالتحقيق من جانبنا. (جـ) عدم تسلم بضائع ـ تأخير

(د) (إلغاء الطلبات)

Countermanding orders

52 ـ بالاشارة إلى خطابنا بتاريخ أمس نفيدكم بأننا مضطرون اليوم إلى إلغاء طلبنا السابق.

With reference to our letter of yesterday, we to-day find ourselves compelled to cancel the order given

53 ـ يؤسفنا أن نبلغكم إلغاء الطلب السابق تقديمه إلى ممثلكم.

We regret to inform you that we have to withdraw the order, which we gave to your representative

54 ـ إذا لم يكن الطلب الذي أرسلناه لكم في الأسبوع الماضي قد نفذ بعد نرجوكم عدم شحن البضاعة حتى تصلكم منا تعليمات جديدة.

Should the order, which we gave you last week, not have been executed yet, we beg you to not send the goods until you receive further instructions from us

55 ـ لما كانت البضاعة التي طلبناها أخيراً غير لازمة لنا حالياً فنرجو إلغاء هذه الرسالة.

Not needing at present the goods, which we ordered to you recently, we should be obliged by your canceling the forwarding of the same

56 ـ يؤسفنا أن نضطر إلى العدول عن طلب رسالة أخرى من البضاعة السابق ارسالها، لعدم رضائنا إطلاقاً عن الرسالة الأولى.

We regret to cancel the order for a repetition of your last consignment, as we are not at all satisfied with it

57 ـ قدمت لنا منذ إرسال طلبنا إليكم عروضاً أصلح، لذلك نفضل إلغاء هذا الطلب.

Since we placed our order with you, more advantageous offers have been made to us, and we prefer to cancel it

58 ـ نظراً لعدم وجود البضاعة التي كنتم قد وعدتم بتسليمها إلينا يوم السبت الماضي فنرجوكم صرف النظر عن هذا الطلب.

As we have not up to now received the goods, the delivery of which you promised for Saturday last, please do not trouble further in the matter

59 ـ كررنا طلبنا أمس دون القيام بفحص الرسالة الأولى من البضاعة فحصاً جيداً، أما وقد تبين لنا أن هذه البضاعة ليست مطابقة للعينة فلا يسعنا إلا إلغاء طلبنا الجديد.

By yesterday's post, we gave a repeat order having thoroughly examined the first lot of goods. We find that these are not according to sample, and must therefore cancel the repetition of the said order

60 ـ يؤسفنا أن نضطر إلى إلغاء الطلب الذي تسلمه مندوبكم المتجول منذ بضعة أيام إذ لا تزال لدينا كمية لا بأس بها من معظم الأصناف التي طلبناها.

We regret to have to cancel the order given to your traveler a few days ago, as we find that we still have a considerable quantity of nearly all the articles ordered

تأخير

61 ـ نؤيد برقيتنا المرسلة لكم صباح هذا اليوم ونصها: «ستشحن البضائع غداً ». ونأسف أشد الأسف لهذا التأخير ونؤكد لكم أننا بذلنا ما في وسعنا لشحنها بسرعة، غير أن كثرة الطلبات على هذه البضائع حالت دون التسليم بالسرعة التي كنا نأملها. هذا بالرغم من أن جميع عمالنا يشتغلون ساعات إضافية.

We confirm our cable of: Goods will be dispatched to-morrow. We much regret the delay, and can assure you that we have done our utmost to expedite delivery, but the great pressure of orders for these goods has made it impossible for us to deliver as promptly as we wish, and this in spite of the fact that our staff is working overtime

62 ـ يؤسفنا أننا جعلناكم تنتظرون طوال هذا الوقت مع علمنا بأنكم في حاجة ماسة إلى هذه البضائع ولكي نبرهن لكم على رغبتنا الأكيدة بأن لا نسبب لكم ضرراً فقد تركنا جانباً طلبات أخرى كان يتعين تنفيذها قبل طلبكم.

We are sorry to have to keep you waiting, as we know you want the goods urgently, and, in order to show you that we are anxious to avoid putting you to inconvenience, we have put aside other orders which really should have been got out of hand first

63 ـ يضغط علينا عملاؤنا لتسليمهم البضاعة فوراً غير أن الطلب على هذه البضاعة لم يكن في أي وقت مضى بمثل هذه الضخامة.

Our customers are pressing on all sides for immediate delivery, but the demand is unprecedentedly heavy

64 ـ نأمل أن يكون هذا التفسير كافياً لإقناعكم برغبتنا الصادقة في تنفيذ طلباتكم بأسرع ما يمكن ولما كنا حتى هذه الفترة الأخيرة التي انهالت فيها الطلبات قد قمنا بإرسال طلباتكم في الموعد المتفق عليه، فنستمحيكم عذراً عن هذه التأخيرات الأخيرة.

We trust this explanation will convince you of our endeavors to fill your esteemed orders with the best possible dispatch, and as, until this recent rush, we have never failed to deliver your orders within the stipulated time, we rely upon your leniency in the matter of recent delays

65 ـ ردا على خطابكم المؤرخ. . . نفيدكم أنه نظراً لعطب أصاب الآلات فلن نستطيع إنهاء طلبكم لتسليمه اليوم غير أن أعمال الاصلاحات قائمة ليل نهار ونأمل أن تصبح آلاتنا قريباً صالحة للعمل بحيث يتسنى لنا أن نسلمكم البضائع في حوالي نهاية الأسبوع المقبل.

In reply to your letter of the... We have to inform you that, owing to a breakdown of machinery, we are unable to complete your order in time for delivery to-day. We have men at work on the repairs day and night, and hope to get the machines in working order again soon, day and night, and hope to get the machines in working order again soon, so that we expect to be able to deliver the goods by the end of next week

66 ـ نأسف لهذا التأخير ونرجو قبول اعتذارنا عما يكون قد تسبب لكم من مضايقات.

We regret the delay, and apologize for any inconvenience it may occasion you

67 ـ ستلقى طلباتكم من جانبنا في كل وقت كل عناية.

Your esteemed orders will at all times receive our must careful attention

68 ـ نأمل أن تصلكم البضائع في الوقت المناسب وفي حالة تلائمكم تماماً. وتفضلوا. . .

Trusting that the goods will arrive in time and be found quite suitable for your purpose

(و) خطأ في الشحن:

Wrong goods sent

69 ـ نؤيد البرقية المرسلة لكم صباح اليوم ونصها: «شحنت اليوم البضائع المطلوبة فعلاً ». ويؤسفنا أن نلاحظ أنه على أثر الخطأ الذي وقع في قسم حزم البضائع، أرسلت لكم بضائع لم تكن مخصصة لكم.

We wired to you to-day as follows correct goods sent to-day, which we now confirm. We exceedingly regret to find that, owing to a mistake in packing department, the wrong goods have been sent to you

70 ـ نؤكد لكم أن حادثاً كهذا لم يقع أبداً من قبل إذ أن حزمنا للبضائع يجري بكل عناية، ولم يكن ليحدث هذا الخطأ الآن إلا لأن مستخدماً جديداً يقوم بكتابة أوامر الحزم قد أخطأ في قراءة أحد الأرقام.

We assure you that such a thing has never happened to us before during the whole of our experience, as the utmost care is used, and it occurred now only by reason of a figure being misread by a new clerk who writes out the packing orders

71 ـ لا داعي لنؤكد لكم أن حادثاً كهذا لن يتكرر، ونرجو أن تقبلوا صادق أسفنا للمضايقة التي نكون قد سببناها لكم.

We need scarcely assure you that such an event is not likely to happen again, and we apologize for sincerely any inconvenience this may have caused you

72 ـ نرجو أن تقيدوا على حسابنا كافة المصاريف الناتجة من هذا الخطأ وأن تسلموا البضائع لمصلحة السكك الحديدية.

Please debit our account with any expenses incurred on the case sent in error, and hand the goods over to the Railways

11 ـ تسلمنا الآن كشف حسابكم وستخطركم بموافقتنا عليه بمجرد مطابقته مع القيود الموجودة بدفاترنا.

We have just received your statement of account, and as soon as we have compared it with the entries in our book, we shall inform you whether we are in agreement

12 ـ لعله فاتكم أنكم مدينون لنا بهذا المبلغ منذ مدة طويلة جداً.

You have probably not noticed that you have owed us this amount for a long time

13 ـ علينا أن نسدد مبالغ كبيرة خلال الأسابيع المقبلة ونأمل ألا تؤجلوا إرسال الدفعة المطلوبة منكم.

We have some large amounts to pay out in a few weeks, and beg you will not further delay your esteemed remittance

14 ـ سنكون ممتنين لو تكرمتم بالسداد بعودة البريد.
